Payment Terms

Participants of the We Belong After School Program are required to pay fees on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each month for that month's participation in the program.

Refund Policy

Monthly Payment: Participants are responsible for paying the monthly fee for the entire month regardless of attendance. No refunds or prorated fees will be issued for partial attendance within a month.

Early Departure: If a participant chooses to leave the program before the end of the month, they will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining days of that month.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as relocation to another area or prolonged illness preventing attendance. Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to the program coordinator for review and approval.

Expulsion or Suspension: Participants who are expelled or suspended from the program due to violation of program rules or misconduct will be entitled to a refund for the remaining days of the month in which the expulsion or suspension occurs.
